We despise this detestably named spyware as much as you do. We are as affronted as you by the dishonest claim that it enhances any visit to any site. To the visitor, the whole thing is an unmitigated insult. Cookies rarely or never work for the website user. An established part of website traffic analysis technology, some of it legitimate, they work for the website operator. TIC's website host uses cookies of its own devising to tell us about traffic to this website. We find some of that anonymous information sometimes interesting and helpful, vaguely. 1. Absent your prior, express, genuinely fully informed written permission, TIC will never (at least not without a final order, not subject to appeal, from a court of competent jurisdiction) give anyone, on any terms, any of your personal or financial details. We will never by way of or in the course of business sell, loan, trade, give, divulge, disclose or part with any of your data to any person or thing at any time on any terms for any reason. We object most strongly to trading in personal data.

 

2. Please do not offer us your phone number. We will never ask you for your phone number and will never communicate with you by phone (we cannot imagine any proper reason for doing that). If you ever get a call from someone claiming to be TIC, it's not us. (Different cases: (1) a proper official call from an authorised shipping carrier properly trying to make a proper delivery; (2) communication with contributors about TIC content. For that, we prefer video calls.)

3. Please do not offer us your physical address. We will never ask you to give us your physical address unless we (or someone formally, officially, expressly authorised by us and previously notified by us to you) are shipping to you physical merchandise that you have explicitly ordered from us and paid for. if you get from someone claiming to be TIC a package that you haven't ordered from us, it's not from us.

4. In the course of diligently making and keeping proper full records of transactions and shipments (including for tax and other accounting reasons), our policy and practice is to retain, always on the above terms, a copy of every bill, receipt and shipping note we generate, and a record of every payment made by us and received by us.

1.  These site terms are binding on TIC (as defined below), on you the kind visitor to TIC, and on our respective relevant successors, agents and personal representatives.

 

2. TIC provides this site and related content, services, facilities and products, and you use them, on that basis.

 

3. 'TIC' means the domain name and or the website known as theinheritancechannel.com, and on the owner(s) for the time being of that domain name and website, and (to the relevant extent) text, audio, video, virtual and physical events and other products, services and facilities made available directly and or indirectly through via or under that domain name and or through that website, and includes the owner(s) and lawful user(s) of relevant associated intellectual property. A statement of current ownership is available from contact@theinheritancechannel.com. 'TIC' also includes where appropriate any thing emanating from or ancillary to any, some or all of the foregoing such as (for example) Inheritance.World, any YouTube or other.

 

4. Neither of us will ever commit against the other or against any relevant person any conduct proscribed civilly and or criminally in any relevant jurisdiction.

 

5. Neither of us will ever assert against the other in any jurisdiction for any reason any right he or it does not possess in law in a relevant jurisdiction.

TIC disclaim(s) all responsibility and liability for all adverse consequences to anyone of anyone at any time for any purpose or reason utilising any data (whether information, interpretation, opinion or otherwise) furnished directly and or indirectly in any place for any purpose or reason to anyone anywhere by or on behalf of or otherwise directly and or indirectly attributable to TIC or by third persons via TIC. You agree to not rely on any such data for any purpose including (wholly without limitation) yourself and your own affairs.

 

7. Any assertion, allegation or accusation of fact-derogatory and or tort-defamatory content lawfully and appropriately attributable to TIC must be notified without delay by a person with the required legal standing to contact@theinheritancechannel.com, accompanied by genuinely full, complete, whole-truth correction and refutation, sent by open (cf. 'without prejudice') correspondence, fully and dispositively supported by genuinely full, complete, whole-truth primary source material. TIC will in its discretion publish the entire correspondence and a transcript of any subsequent proceedings.

8. TIC does not offer or provide any dispute resolution service to anyone, especially (wholly without limitation) in relation to wills, estates and juridical or other inheritance. Anyone offering any dispute resolution service on behalf of TIC does so without TIC's knowledge, authorisation or permission and should be immediately denounced to law enforcement. TIC is interested in principle to hear of, and in appropriate cases to appropriately publicise, relevant controversies and disputes, but will not become involved in inappropriately publicising them, advocating in relation to them, or trying to directly resolve them. Any request to TIC to publicise any dispute for the purpose of attempting to resolve it (whatever 'resolve' means) will be declined.

 

9. Nothing anywhere in, on or about this site constitutes, is, is intended to be, should be construed as being, or should be treated as if it were any invitation, proposal, proposition, offer, solicitation or anything on those lines to any person in any jurisdiction under or not under any securities, investment or other law to invest money in TIC (or in any entity affiliated with it), including (wholly without limitation) in exchange for anything including (ditto) any share, security, insecurity and or any other interest in anything.
